Chef Connor - Discovering the Kitchen

Today, Papa & I made pancakes. I "helped" mix the batter. I enjoyed mixing and splattering the batter. Mom and Dad were laughing.
I also got to explore the refrigerator and some cupboards. I love cooking with my family.

Connor turns the Corner

So I've turned the corner as they say and I'm feeling much better. Mom says I'm back to my mischievous self, trying to eat magazines and play with any cords I can get my hands on.
I'm also eating better and in a better mood. This morning at breakfast I showed dad how to clap. Clapping is fun. See....

In the afternoon we went to the pier and ate lunch outside by the ocean. I ate bread because I spilled my cheerios all over the ground :-)

1st Ear Infection

Today I went to see the doctor because I have a runny nose and can't breathe. I haven't been sleeping well and I've been crying quite a bit. Mom and Dad had to take turns rocking me to sleep last night. It's was rough. The doctor said I have an ear infection and prescribed me some yummy medicine. He said I should be beck to my old self in a few days. I'm looking forward to it. I missed out on going to (2) infant classes and a play date for fear that I would spread my sickness. I'm looking forward to getting well and getting out.

Super Bowl Sunday

Today we took Grandma to the harbor for lunch at Brophy Brothers. At lunch we laughed and did the Connor dance at the table. It was fun to see all of the fishing boats and to smell the sea. Later we took Grandma to over to visit with our friends the Komaiko's. We watched the Super Bowl there and played. I played with Eli, J.T. and Morgan.

Day 2 of Grandma's Visit

Today was another great day in Santa Barbara with my Grandma. The weather was beautiful, sunny and 60 degrees. We took a trip to the Zoo. I rode the train with Grandma and Papa. I loved the train. Mom kept yelling for us to wave at her, like we were leaving but the trains only goes around the zoo. We were coming right back. Anyway, we saw lots of animals including penguins that were swimming and diving in the water.
Then we can home for a nap. After my nap we all walked to dinner at Los Gallos Mexican restaurant. We had lots of fun, dancing at the table to lots of fun music and laughing.

Grandma's Visit

Today I spent the day with Grandma. We had a great time together. We went to lunch @ the Frog Bar. It's a restaurant at the golf course, Uncle Terri and Mommy joined us. Then we went to the park by the ocean. Grandma pushed me on the swing. She pushes really high, much higher than Mommy. Mommy said "Hey Grandma, that's high enough". I just laughed and laughed. Then Grandma and I went down the slide together. She's really fun. When I got home I was really tired so I took a nap.

When I got up Grandma, Papa and I went to the Dive Center for my 1st swimming lesson. I liked the warm pool, I held on tight to Papa.
