Visiting the family in Sacramento Oct 09

It's always nice to visit with family but this time was especially
fun because now the kids all play together. Here are
Natalie, Gracie, Andrew, Connor and Katie all having lunch together.

Chris' brother Matthew has these huge amazing redwood trees in their yard. He is in the process of building his little princess a tree house. Connor loved it up there! And when Uncle Matthew told him to look for monkeys jumping onto the roof of the house, Connor's eyes got big as saucers and he said "That's Crazy".

Chris and Matthew.

Katie A.K.A. "Katie Bug"

Miss Gracie, already a very independent girl.

Baby Andrew. He just turned one. This child did not make a peep the entire visit.
He must be the most mellow kid I've ever met.

Connor and Natalie AKA "Naddy" at least that's how Connor says it.
At 4 turning 5 soon Natalie is the oldest cousin and therefor the celebrity.
The cousins all want to be around her and vie for her attention. It's so much fun to watch.
When Natalie was younger she was very shy. Now she is super outgoing and engages all the kids.
She includes everyone and shares everything. She is such a good example for all the cousins.
Connor just adores his cousins.

On the way home Connor kept saying "No home, Grandma's, Naddy's house"

Monterey Bay

Ready for his trip.

1st time in a real candy store.
We escaped with only having to buy some ice cream.

Enjoying that yummy ice cream.

The aquarium was a huge hit. Connor was so excited to be there! He was running from exhibit to exhibit, but the biggest hit was the splash zone. Where the kids could play in the water and shoot and water gun type thingy and get wet. We spent about 40 minutes there. Connor was so into it.

The Halloween fun begins

Anyone who knows Connor knows he loves to color his hair
whether it be finger paint, yogurt (yes, sometimes yogurt) or spray on color.

Is blue the new blond?

Wow they really pull it off.

The week in pictures

Most weeks Connor has a pretty busy dance card and this one was no different.
Here is a glimpse into this past week.

Decorating pumpkins with Bella.

Connor's scary pumpkin. Oooooh so scary.

Zuki enjoying some of Bella's lollipop.

Checking out the touch tank at the sea center.

Eli and Connor working as a team to bring up interesting surprises from the sea.

At the zoo with our new friend Molly. Connor met Molly at school and we just fell in love with her. She is the best thing we got out of Connor's short experience at preschool.

So cute!!

Hamming it up for the camera.Connor and Mommy at the NHR picnic party.

At the NHR picnic they had a reptile show with lizards, frogs, baby dragons (yes some kind of African dragon) and snakes. Connor was thrilled to hold all of them!

1st real bad scrape. Ouch.

Helping mom make pasta with the new pasta maker.

Here is Connor after a 3 hour nap, watchin football with dad.

Looks like Connor shares my love of potterybarn.
